Dataset Description¶
These are time-resolved deep profile metagenomic datasets of bacterioplankton and virioplankton collected during the Hawaii Ocean Time-series Station ALOHA cruises in the North Pacific Subtropical Gyre collected from November 2014 through April 2016.
