Dataset Description¶
These are particulate metabolite concentrations in pmol/L. The samples were collected on cruise KOK1606 from underway seawater intake and CTD rosette. Samples were extracted using Boysen et al 2018 and run on the Q-Exactive mass spectrometer in full scan mode as in Boysen et al 2018.
